  During the delivery, his attention to detail was outstanding, and even though I bought a demo vehicle with a little scratch on the rear bumper, he went the extra mile and got if fixed before delivery, which my experience says that any other sales person or car dealer would not do the same for a demo car.

  I'm not sure what their service department is like because after three phone calls I was still not able to reach the service department to make a booking. Obviously they are so busy they don't need me as a customer and I will happily oblige.

  Wasn't the best experience to be honest, I got there at about 7:45 and had to wait a long time for anyone to come and see me (however they were busy). I told them I'd be on their shuttle service back from the city at 4 and needed the car then. However when I got there at approx 4:30 the car was still in the workshop. I waited until 5 and noticed the car was sitting to side and was told it was waiting to be washed, I didn't have time to keep waiting and they told me I could not have the car as someone had gone off with my key! I was told they'd quickly wash it by rolling it to the wash bays as it was unlocked but that didn't happen. Finally I realised they had not completed the recall for the vehicle which meant I had to rebook as another service centre. Only good thing was the service guy was nice and they got me in quickly.

  Raff and the team at Adrian Brien were amazing. I was apprehensive about buying a new car, having had poor experiences with car salesmen in the past; however Raff took excellent care of me, ensuring I received the best possible service and helping me to find my dream car! I'll be going back to Adrian Brien for any future car purchases.
