  My Mazda 3 got sent in for a repair early this year after a chain collision, we didn’t had a choice to choose which crash repairer to go to because their tow truck came to pick up the car. Took them two months to do up all the repair works. And they had to send it to the Mazda Service Centre as they could not diagnose an issue. Had to keep chasing them over the phone and also went down a few times to check up on the status of the car. The repair still took forever though. The quality of the repair was horrible as well. The rear bumper and the mudguard wasn’t even installed properly. Please never go there.

  Went to their workshop for quote and they were too lazy to even lodge the quote with the insurer I dont know why they wasted my time , theirs and the insurer

  M.E.Dale have now sparyed 3 of my cars, A Wine red R33 Skyline which was half through insurance and I then paid to have the rest of the car done at the same time. A Rheims blue Evo VI which had a full roof (including dent repair), front bar, window black surrounds and just a general tidy up, and most recently a Black 2012 WM Caprice which had a rear bar respray and boot lip spoiler fitted. All of which turned out Amazing! The Skyline was done about 5-6 years ago and still looks Amazing! No paint flaking, no fading, colour match is perfect on all panels, no lifting of seals. I am very picky with my cars and after having work done on other cars previously by other crash shops in the area, i can honestly say i wouldn't go anywhere else. Quotes are spot on too.

  ME dale was called to tow my car after hours on a Friday from Unley to St Mary's. On Monday AM, I requested an inspection and quote to both scrap it AND fix it. fifteen days and seven phone calls later (yes, SEVEN) my car was still parked in their yard an no action had been taken. The kicker is that I was still responsible for cover the $12/day storage fee. The many receptionists are excellent gate keepers and not once was I able to speak to Kevin Jr., the head mechanic (or ANY mechanic). Although I ended up selling my car, I would have felt better about my experience if the $12/day holding fee was lifted (as during that time I was begging for service). Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
