    Good store and staff who get it right, and source parts quickly. Been going there for many years and never had a problem. Prices are good.

    They need more training.. i am out of pocket because of the incorrect advice given on a particular part they sold me, inwhich i was unable to swap or be refunded.

    After moving to the country it is hard to find someone who will go above and beyond for customer service Motormate did. After calling several competitors, and being told it was too hard to post an item, I called Motormate who organised delivery as promised very quickly. I always used to shop here, as they have good opening hours on Saturday, and top notch service with staff that can give helpful advice.

    As a bonus these guys are South Australian, so the money you spend goes to locals rather than a faceless corporation.
