  However on my second visit, I felt that the standard of this place has dropped. Staff was not so friendly, they refuse to listen to what I want to be done with my hair. They looked at the voucher asked color or foil and then move on with the job. Not much of an interaction. I have stubborn hair especially when coloring/highlighting. It has to be left longer than usual to get the desired color on my strands. When I tried to inform the hairdresser this, she just ignored me and went about her work. Just as I worried, the end result was very disappointing...They said my hair have been colored but actually it showed no difference. Very sad.

  I had a scoopon coupon voucher for the Brazilian Keratin treatment. At first, nice and easy to schedule an appointment; however, they called me on the day of the appointment trying to cancel it to a later week. When I arrived, staff was not so friendly, did not seem interested in costumer whatsoever. In addition, they were whispering and rationing the product to be used on me due to shortage and wanting to make it last for the next customers. I asked for a haircut, and got a half-trim on the back, with front and bangs completely forgotten. Products and styling were of good quality, customer service and saloon experience was mediocre. I felt quite uncomfortable as if I was not welcomed. I could only justify it was a hot day, maybe staff was less enthusiastic and struggling with the heat.

  Came twice on voucher promotion 3 years ago. First time my hair was done by the owner who was friendly and very professional. She asked me what kind of results I am expecting with my hair, got a bit of history about my hair and gave me pointers and suggestions to make it look better...I liked it. This place gave me a good impression in regards to service, professionalism and wonderful results. So I bought another voucher a year later and went back again.

  This place is truly awful. They can't sort out their appointment system at all. They kept saying mine was at a different time than I had booked it, two people came in when I was getting my hair done and were told that they didn't have appointments. The woman doing my hair said it happens all the time. I had the Brazilian Keratin treatment and my hair doesn't really look any different. The staff were disinterested and clearly not happy in their workplace. It showed. I think all their customers come from vouchers. You can see on their Facebook page that they are always offering vouchers. They may be busy with first time customers but I can't imagine anyone going back. This salon is an example of how to manage a business really badly. The reviewer who gave this salon 5 stars must be someone who works there because there is no way a genuine customer would recommend this salon. The only reason I have given it one star is because there is no option to give it none. Bad service, bad hairdressing. I'm just grateful that they didn't completely destroy my hair. Do yourself a favour. Avoid this place.
