  I am aghast to read that some people who are not tenants want to take out their anger as retribution for their own self gain, when they alone do not abide by the state laws nor can keep their own house in order.

  Dukes real estate is a professional and honest business i have been a tenant and do work for them for last 4 years and found them very good to work with.

  The tenants who complain are the only ones who are guilty by not looking after the owners property as per the rental agreements, some owners take it in to their hearts to help the ones having trouble and give them a break to get going in life again, and all they get back is nothing but trouble and therefore they must go, so then the tenant decides to get nasty and write bad reviews , what is this world coming to.

  Been with Dukes for just under two years now, and as from what i have seen there has been no fixes to our property, which we did not damage, the house has several cracks that need filling and have not been filled. We have multiple leaks in the roof and the roof pannels are coming off, and have been for months, again, no one came to fix it. There is mold in the bathroom, i have asthma so this is a health risk. Again, not fixed.
